Tämä on herättänyt keskustelua pelikavereiden kanssa. Arcbound ravagerilla on viisi +1/+1 counteria. Boggart Ram-Gang tekee ravageriin 3 lämää eli ravager saa kolme -1/-1 counteria eli rauski on nyt 2/2. Jos päätän nyt uhrata ravagerin omaan abilityynsä niin saanko modularin ansiosta laittaa viisi vai kaksi +1/+1 counteria johonkin artifact olentoon?

If an Arcbound creature gets enough -1/-1 counters to make its toughness 0 or cause the damage on it to now be lethal, the Modular ability will still give another artifact creature a number of +1/+1 counters equal to the number the Arcbound creature had before it got -1/-1 counters.
Tuon perusteella ajattelin että vastaus on viisi, mutta pelikaverit sanoivat että -1/-1 counterit kumoavat +1/+1 counterit ja vain 2 jää jäljelle mitkä voi siirtää modularilla.

Tuo ruling pitää paikkansa, mutta liittyy eri tilanteeseen kuin kysymyksesi. Koska state-based effectit käsitellään yhtäaikaisesti, Ravager menee tuossa tilanteessa pönttöön ennen kuin counterit häviävät.
