Aihe: Infinite repeat ?

Pelaan Rally the Horden kun minulla on tyhjä library. Syntyykö infinite loop ja näin ollen tasapeli?
Jos ei niin miksi ei?

Rules Text (Oracle):    Remove the top three cards of your library from the game. If the last card removed isn't a land, repeat this process until the last card removed is a land. Put a 1/1 red Warrior creature token into play for each nonland card removed from the game this way.

Jos mitään korttia ei removata (eli dekki on tyhjä), se ei myöskään ole ländi tai ei-ländi, jolloin Rally ei yritä jatkaa. Eli ei tule looppia.

Mutta eikös ehdolle "If the last card removed isn't a land" riitä juurikin tuo sanomasi:

Jos mitään korttia ei removata (eli dekki on tyhjä), se ei myöskään ole ländi tai ei-ländi

Nonlandeistahan kortissa ei puhuta mitään. EDIT: Tai puhutaanpas sittenkin, mutta vasta tuossa tokeneidentekovaiheessa.
Toistamisen lopetusehto "until the last card removed is a land" jää mielestäni myöskin täyttämättä, koska jos kortti ei ole ländi, ei se ole ländi

Asiaa on ehkä helpompi miettiä jos Rally the Horden tilalle laitetaan Tainted Pact. Mikä estää tätä korttia aiheuttamasta tasapelejä highlanderissa? Onko se sääntö
103.3. If an instruction requires taking an impossible action, it's ignored. (In many cases the card will specify consequences for this; if it doesn't, there's no effect.) ?
